I have dealt with permit runners for 25 years and Shalonda has been by far the most responsive easy to work with.  She was a huge part of the success to all our projects.  She always knew who to talk to, and what we needed to get the project moving from site planning, permitting, impact fees, and certifications.  She is a wonderful person to know and you will call her a friend after working with her once.  May God bless her and her family and friends.
